FTX Crash: Attorney Says “No” To Represent SBF; Here’s Why
Sam Bankman-Fried (Sam Bankman-Fry,SBF), the former chief executive of FTX, will not be represented by his lawyer at the white shoe law firm Paul,Weiss,Rifkind,Wharton&Garrison. It is worth noting that this will be a big impact on the former FTX chief executive before the coming dispute. But SBF's lawyers gave up the true identity of its clients in just a week.
Who will mean SBF now?
It is reported that Bankman-Fry will now be taught by Peter Mills, an expert on criminal procedure and office workers in the Stanford School of Law. Interestingly, Bankman's father, Franz Bankman of Fred, also teaches laws and regulations in the same law department. According to reports, the previous laws and regulations of Bankman-Fry meant that Martin Flumembaum gave up its customers because of unknown contradictions.
Flumenbaum said in an interview with Bloomberg NewsTwo days ago, after FTX declared bankruptcy, everyone informed Mr. Bankman-Fried that we could not mean him because of the contradiction.
It is worth noting that, according to experts and scholars, the recent announcement and evaluation of the collapse of FTX by the former CEO of FTX may also endanger its defense. In fact, the personal behavior of SBF as FTX CEO at this stage is being investigated and analyzed by the Ministry of Justice, Foreign Stock Trading Federation (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Federation (CFTC). However, at this stage, the chief executive of FTX has not been charged with all the crimes.
